By-Laws It is indeed a great pleasure and privilege for us to welcome you and your family as a permanent member of Indo-Swiss Sports Club, Switzerland. As an active and dedicated member of the club it is the duty of each and every member to defend, support and protect the interests of the Club. Moreover it is the responsibility of every member to participate in its activities and make the Club a big success. 1) Name of the Club : INDO-SWISS SPORTS CLUB(ISSC) 2) Status : The main aim to conduct sports activities at a regular interval and to organise sports competitions at least once in a year. This is a club, which intended only for sports and sports related activities for its members. 3) Aim : The main aim to conduct sports activities at a regular interval and to organise sports competitions at least once in a year. This is a club, which intended only for sports and sports related activities for its members. 4) Committee : President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint-Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee members (max. 4). 5) Membership : Any person or family those who have interest in sports and ready to abide by the rules and regulations of the club are eligible to get a membership. Life membership fee: SFr. 100 per family. 6) Terms & conditions : A new member should be introduced by at least one standing member of the Club.       The authority to approve a new membership is fully by the standing committee by 2/3 majorities.       To suspend a membership needed 2/3 majority of the General Body.       It is decided in the General Body that, in the beginning, the club is organising Badminton only. In case members are showing interest in other area of sports (volleyball, Squash, Table Tennis, etc.) and if having sufficient members to conduct such discipline the club will take every effort to conduct such sports activities.       Every newcomer will provide with an opportunity to play with our members free for the first time and he or she is willing to continue, then should take the membership.       For Badminton it is decided that the Badminton court fee will be divided equally and charges will be collected from every member participated for that day. Since the club provides the Feather Shuttle, SFr 5 will be collected from every participant as Feather Shuttle charges. 7) Other activities   Badminton Tournament will be conducted once in the calendar year.       A family get-together among members is also planned.
